In the realm of web development, I've been spinning the web with JavaScript for over three years. I've got a knack for molding frameworks and libraries to my will, crafting features that are as innovative as they are user-friendly. All to ensure that the final product is not just up to spec, but also sprinkled with a bit of that 'wow' factor.
But it's not all smooth sailing. Bugs do love to pop up uninvited. Sometimes, I play the knight in shining armor, fixing them up nice and neat. Other times, well, let's just say it's more of an 'it gets worse before it gets better' situation. And then there are those times when I choose to live in blissful ignorance, pretending the bugs have taken a day off.

- Developed and maintained web & mobile applications using React JS and React Native. It was like being a digital wizard, casting spells to bring the applications to life!
- Collaborated with graphic designers to implement design features into the applications.
- Worked closely with the back-end team to ensure seamless functionality of the applications.
- QA's best friend - conducted tests to ensure the applications were bug-free and ready for the world.

- Collaborated with graphic designers to implement design features into the applications. Yes, we spoke the same language - RGB and Hex!

- Worked on the Online Single Submission - Risk Based Approach (OSS-RBA) system for the Investment Ministry. I guess you could say I was “invested” in the project!
- Designed and developed APIs for the OSS-RBA system. It’s all fun and games until someone asks you to debug on a Friday afternoon.
- Built document templates for products. It’s like creating a “Choose Your Own Adventure” book, but for documents.
- Collaborated with front-end developers and project managers to ensure the projects met required needs. It’s not just about writing code, it’s about writing history… in a project management tool.

- Guided students through the wild world of Programming Algorithm and Data Structures courses. We tackled the beast that is C++, one line of code at a time.
- Offered personalized assistance to students who found lectures as challenging as a Rubik’s cube. It was all about turning the right corners to find the solution.
- Assisted students with their final projects, providing suggestions to improve their work. It’s like being a code chef, adding just the right amount of spice to make the dish perfect!

With NeuroDesk, you can say goodbye to those costly customer service blunders that make you want to facepalm. Instead, you’ll have more time to focus on what really matters - keeping your customers happier than a kid in a candy store. So sit back, relax, and let NeuroDesk do the heavy lifting! The dataset used for training was scraped from Gojek reviews on Google Play. In this application demo, we’ve made the assumption that a company divides its helpdesk team into four divisions to handle these tickets.

Ticket Predictor (GRU-Based Model) API
The API service that powers the NeuroDesk application. It’s been trained on a whopping 5,150 labeled ticket data, which it classifies into four categories: Application, Account, Transaction, and Customer Service. It’s like having a digital sorting hat that magically directs each ticket to the right division.This system was built using a Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU), a variant of a Recurrent Neural Network (RNN), for training the model. The RESTful API was developed using Django, a high-level Python web framework that encourages rapid development and clean, pragmatic design.

As an instructor, you can create new classes, monitor your students’ progress like a hawk, and provide assessments to students who register for your class. It’s like having a personal assistant to manage your teaching duties.
